Everyone was amazing, helpful and informative. Day and Night Reception were very kind. The bar staff was friendly. So was the room cleaner who made sure our room was pristine and left a welcome message. The breakfast staff were welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast choices were very good, even Gluten free etc. The breakfast window view was stunning. Well worth arriving just before sun up for the dawn reveal. Great accessibility too with assistance available. Little essentials were free at reception like extra coffee milks and toothbrush kit. More premium items like charger available for reasonable price. Plenty of parking space. Walk in shower was clean and water was hot. Nice free soaps and good size fluffy towels. Very quiet room and blackout curtains. Plenty of good lounge space. Had gym and pool which I was too tired to try. Nice make up spotlight. Very good WiFi which I only used in bar lounge.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The receptionist, on arrival, was exceptionally good. All helpful accommodating a guest with limited mobility. Lift to our floor and ample space for mobility scooter, ramps to all areas where required. The breakfast offering was excellent and there was a huge selection to choose from. The location suited our needs and was quiet. We heard no disturbance at all, throughout our stay. The room was well designed with more than adequate space and all favilities we needed. Bed, easy chair and desk chair all comfortable.

The staff absolutely made it - they were all friendly, smiling, helpful and informative and went above and beyond for us. We visited as we needed somewhere to stay while we were in the area, hours away from home to say goodbye to a love one who was dying and died while we were staying. The kindness of staff helped us through a very difficult time. They made bespoke food for us and when the pancakes that they use (bought in) ran out, the chef whipped up a homemade batch especially for our children. It meant the world on a morning where we awoke to very bad news.

Parking spot-on, and check-in/Reception very good - thanks to Meg for her very enthusiastic and warm welcome - and nothing too much bother attitude. Room seemed recently refurbished; clean, bedding immaculate (always good!) and overall inviting - though very small! Dinner excellent; fish and chips, delicious .. service and attention from server, Kate, first class .. great customer service, and engaging. Breakfast superb!! Overall, great stay … certainly no complaints.
